Seller agrees that The City of Paducah, River Tin Street Rod Club, their directors, employees, agents, representatives and everyone else connected with the presentation of the Riverfront Rod Run will not be held responsible for any damage to goods or property of the exhibitors or injuries or damages to exhibitors, employees, agents, event participants, or event spectators from any cause whatsoever while the vendor area is in progress. This includes the period of time property is being loaded, or unloaded.Seller agrees that jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement or cause of action relating to the activities of the vendor, and the River Tin Street Rod Club shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky.
