I agree to hold harmless The City of Paducah, River Tin Street Rod Club, their directors, employees, agents, representatives and anyone else connected with the presentation of the Riverfront Rod Run for any damage to goods or property of the exhibitor or injuries or damages to exhibitors, employees, agents, event participants, or event spectators from any cause whatsoever while the exhibit area is in progress. This includes the period of time property is being loaded and unloaded. I agree that jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement or any cause of action relating to the activities of the exhibitor and the River Tin Street Rod Club shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky.
